Now for something everyone is interested in... souvenir soda cups. I have attended a few (4) Super Bowls over the years. At the past 2 that I attended, I brought back a 3D cup from the game. A coulpe of observations. The cup I got from SB 38 was a great looking cup. It featured a picture of the stadium, the name of the stadium and the logos of both teams. The company that put this cup out, "ARAMARK" I think was the name, clearly put a lot of time into this cup. I'm not familiar with this "ARAMARK" corporation, but they clearly went above and beyond when designing this cup. When you compare it the cup from this year's game, which was put out by some company call "Levy Restaurants", you can see what a superior job was done by ARAMARK. This years cup didn't feature the teams, or the stadium (name or picture) and the most prominent feature of the cup is this "Levy" company's logo. I really think that the fans noticed this and really ruined the day for many. My 18 year old cousin for one was very disappointed. He's no cup expert, but even he couldn't help but see how inferior it was to the fine ARAMARK cup he had enjoyed a tasty cool beverage from just hours before. What a shame. Shame on this "Levy" for ruining what should have been the best day of that young mans life. For shame.
