No Ralph Wiggum didn't say this (see "I heard your dad..."), but one of my moron friends (we'll call him Kyle Vaughn) did. It was said in complete seriousness, but was quite possibly the funnist thing I heard that year. That same weekend he also read a sign that said "snow cones" and pronounced it "snouw kounes" (that's as close as I can get speeling what he said). He wasn't joking. Probably the second funniest thing of the year.
